Nashville Muse Contest Entry Form

Contest Entry Period: June 2nd — Midnight June 11th. A random drawing will determine the winner of one pair of tickets to the show.
You must be at least 16 years of age to enter and must be a Nashville Muse subscriber. You can subscribe to the Nashville Muse here. The email you provide must match the email for your name on the Nashville Muse subscriber list.
Winners will be notified via telephone and e-mail on June 12th and the winners will be announced in the June 16th week of the Nashville Muse. The tickets will be in your name at will call at Belmont Community Baptist Church.
Only one entry per person will be counted.
This contest is free to enter.
Entrant cannot have won a Nashville Muse contest within the last 30 days.
If you are unable to attend this event after having won and accepted your prize, please notify the Nashville Muse at 615-354-6400 as soon as possible, in order that an alternate winner can be notified
